This magnificent piece of furniture was made by an Indian cabinet maker in the tradition and style of furniture from the region of Pondicherry, a former French trading post in India.
This piece of furniture in a modernized Louis XIV spirit presents two narrow doors with frame and crosspiece, as well as molded panels with a flat band.
The upper part is equipped with asymmetrical glass panes topped by a cornice.
The sides have four panels with flat bands.
The interior is composed of three adjustable mahogany shelves on rack and cleats.
