Rare and huge bookcase wall, 1930s from the Holsatia factory in Hamburg Germany.
5-part bookcase with adjustable shelves and 3 large shelves, made of alder wood with hand-made glass. The wall unit consists of 2 parts, the Holsatia works have everything in their own workshops
produced, wood, glass, metal. The furniture consists of two parts, the lower part consists of the 3 large drawers, the upper part of a shelf with individually adjustable shelves.
The founders of the Holsatia works, Julius Neumann & later Erich Buchholz have made furniture of very high quality. This wall of books is a real rarity and very rare to find, it was once installed in a villa.
