Vintage Home is pleased to present this gorgeous 1930s hand crafted double deer handled basket. The handle is hand carved from two pieces of pine and joined together at the top. It has two deer heads facing outward and their antlers are extended upward to creat the handle. The wicker basket was hand woven and painted a deep ruby red. This is a great decor piece that will look fabulous with colorful gourds piled in it for the fall and then into the winter months with pinecones or Christmas tree ornamental bulbs.
